BUSINESS GOAL

Holland & Barrett is a health and well-being brand dedicated to making all feel well. It is one of the world leading health and wellness retailers and the largest in Europe. As part of their consumer centric approach to discovering insight and building strategies, we partnered with the Insights team to embed not just our collective learnings about wellness trends, but the implication this has for the business as a result.


THE SOLUTION

Creating highly visual and commercially orientated workshop presentations to share with all teams from marketing to operations to trade and beyond. We work closely to collaborate on what insights are new, meaningful and represent growth opportunity for the Holland & Barrett brand as well as look at ways to better support consumers in store across all their wellness needs.

A strategic and insight driven journey framework that prioritises key learnings across wellness categories - a foundation of discoveries that will pave the way for innovation company wide.
